An integrated Talent Management solution enables seamless business processes so that organizations can share information and build talent effectively. This is why an existing HR Information System (HRIS) cannot be used to deliver a true Talent Management solution. The same is true of systems built from piecemeal cobbling together of stand-alone applications (e.g., a learning management system and an automated appraisal system).
