ABSTRACT:
Running virtual machines on physical servers is a way to increase each A21server's utilization and reduce the number of servers needed by an organization; however, failures of physical servers become more damaging because an outage will affect more applications. This danger increases the need for fault tolerant servers, just as virtualization requires more refinement of fault tolerance capabilities. In this webcast, we discuss the ways organizations can improve the fault tolerance of their servers, new features in servers that improve fault tolerance, and best practices for keeping virtualized servers up and running.
