In the podcast, learn about:

  • How to deliver improved management of the customer's experience utilizing an end-to-end-approach?
  • Why is it critical to correlate the end-user experience to the infrastructure performance?
  • The specific ways in which an organization can measure the ROI of APM.
  • The benefits and expected results of why the business and its IT department take a complete approach to APM that extends from IT infrastructure and applications all the way down to the end user's experience.
