George is well known for his use of analogies to transform complex technical concepts into readily usable knowledge.
Andy McCartney
Vice President of Marketing, Invirtus
Andy is currently vice president of Marketing for Invirtus. He has over 20 years of business and technology experience in Europe and North America, in a variety of executive, technical, analytical and business roles. Prior to his position with Invirtus, he was VP of marketing with OpenSpan, an enterprise desktop integration and automation vendor. He has held a variety of influential positions with software vendors and software consultants in product management, business development and consulting. He was global product manager of Executive Information Systems at Information Builders, Inc. for three years in London and three more in New York. He has consulted and collaborated with some of the most successful companies and brightest minds in the world. He is a frequent speaker at technology conferences and was recently featured on Georgia television highlighting the benefits of technology driven economic development. Andy received his B.A. cum laude in Systems Analysis from the University of West England.
